My background spans everything from large-scale responsive web projects to native mobile apps and emerging technologies like voice UI. I’ve led UX strategy, research, and design at companies like CVS Health, Aetna, and currently Chicago Public Schools. I’m especially passionate about simplifying complex systems and aligning business goals with real user needs—whether that’s improving wayfinding for patients, designing plan selection tools, or supporting public education access.
